Hello to everyone!
This isn't a question of grammar or language but I thought this might be the right place to ask for technical advice I am not a pro with forums and I have a problem with quoting messages from other people.I have done it wrong twice. Can anyone explain to me how to proceed, please?

you can type at beginning
Quote:
To get here I clicked on under your post which brings up the message input screen with the quoted message between two sets of square brackets [] ..... [] You can edit the quoted post but don´t touch the bracketed bits.If you want to put some text in a quote box you can add the start and finish codes yourself - type QUOTE in the first brackets and /QUOTE in the last ones. Quote:
symbol one or more times and finishing with the last one as a normal quote ![]() Right then - over to you to have a go! |

It worked! That was very easy in fact and your explanations were very clear. I think I had forgotten to keep the second bracket at the end or something like that...Many thanks again!

De nada. You can also check how the post will appear with the 'Preview Post' button under the post editor.
