hi guys. how would i say to a girl "you are the star in my sky"?

WhebI fist read that I thought it said, "How would I say to a guiri ...".;) The eyes must be going.
I would say, "Eres la estrella en mi cielo". I wonder if that would get the desired result.

Maybe, "eres una estrella que luce/brilla en mi cielo/universo" or if you want to be really cursi "eres la estrella más brillante que luce en mi cielo/universo"?
