I like that one too, it's very 'classic' inside, and has been around for ever - Hemmingway liked it apparently...

Don't forget my fave the Taberna Miranda! Also the newly rennovated Mercado de San Miguel seems popular these days, it's a bit 'barcelona' style now with bars and tapas and croquetta stands etc, but visitors seem to love it!
