Cabo de Gato in San Jose is Amazing. I took a trip camping there with friends, and we hiked into this private beach that was gorgeous. It has a really laid back feel, not hit by tourism quite yet, which is the appeal of it. If you rent a car (highly recommended and cheap too!), there are a ton of amazing little pueblos throughout Andalucia, that are the road less traveled and a great way to experience Spanish culture without the tourism. I liked the city of Ronda too - it is very quaint and has a lot of history - the 1st bullring in Spain resides there I believe. Arcos de la Frontera is also recommended. Again, these are easier to reach by car. Oh, I miss it, just writing about it makes me want to return!
