Luego servir ambos juntos y buen aproveche! comalo immediatemente.

((Otra cosa, qué significa "en cuánto a la corrección de tu texto (in terms of?)).

I had a steak the other day that tasted like ribeye (also my favourite steak when dining in the UK), although it didn't have the "eye" in the middle, and I can't for the life of me remember what it was called in Spanish. Anyway, by far the best steak in Spain is "Chuletón" especially when served with a nice glass or 4 of "sidra" in the "sidrería".

En cuanto a means "regarding- with regards to", you could also say "sobre" or " acerca de"

Hope this helps!
