Default Ya esta

I listen to another Spanish podcast and they often say "ya esta" at the end of the podcast; what does it mean? Thanks!

that would be "está", not "esta". It is an informal way of saying something is completed, finished, done, ready. What you might have guessed from the context.

But be aware that, in Andalucia, you will often hear "Yatta"!

It's the same thing - it's just the funny way we say it!
