Default RTVE video a la carta

I saw a plug on TVE internacional this morning for a service through the RTVE website: http://www.rtve.es/alacarta/index.html?canal=CTV_LA1
Apparently you can now download all sorts of programmes from their national channels. Is this new? I did a search and couldn't find anything in the forum about this.

I just watched a program from it, "ya te vale." In the show, kids have the chance to ask questions to famous people (in this episode, soccer player Samuel Eto'o and singer Chenoa entertained the kids). It's funny to hear the kids' opinions on things, and the celebrities are very good sports; it was a good show!
Thanks for pointing out the site, Stephen!

Haha yeh I watched that too, my listening comprehension isn't amazing but I caught some of what the kids said, more of what Eto'o said, but entertaining to watch

I might be imagining it but the sound quality of the radio through the site seems better than I've heard previously. My only excuse now for not getting what people saying is that they speak too fast.

Do you think they'd slow down for this gringo if I asked nicely having clicked on the link "contact the show"?

Good stuff Stephen -I've been looking for a trashy soap and there's one on the site that seems to be set in the 70's -if anyone finds similar sites please post them.

This one is from Andalucia, but there are loads of different subjects there, chat shows, history, travel, bull fights, culture etc. Some interesting stuff.
Also many various tv programmes here.

I'm currently in Spain so it wouldn't effect me, I take it then those shows be watched then outside of Spain? That's really good.

You cant do that with the BBC iPlayer or c4 (unless you try and use a proxy)
