Default Obtaining residency through marriage

Does anyone know the process of obtaining residency by being married to a spouse who has a Spanish passport?

I heard that it is nec. to live in Spain for atleast one year to do this.
Thanks in advance!

You're already married? Then it's one year residency in Spain before you can apply for citizenship.

My greetings Miss Saavedra,
I just checked the site that you provided the link for, I must say that the site is a very good place to come across some good information. The law in every country provide you with a citizenship if you have married a woman with the passport of that country. Thanks for the information it was good to come across such useful information.
