iPod Touch - gift from wonderful sister
Dell Inspiron laptop
Dell Desktop

O how I love this OS! It takes really smart to new levels. The integration between mail-calendar-ipod-photos is so cool
#2 My Ipod Touch
I thought I would love it as much as an Iphone - and I almost do. I was just on a walk through the park, staking out hot-spots - how geeky is that?
#3 Airbook
Okay, I don't have one yet, but I played with it at MacWorld, and regardless of what was posted above, it would be worth 20 Vaios or whatever, because IT IS A GEEK CHICK MAGNET!
#4 Google Maps/My Maps
This is traveler candy. We're on our way to NE Europe this year, and I have maps of Stockholm, Riga, Krakow and Berlin all marked up with places I want to visit, plus I add my friends who know the places, and they mark up the maps too. Just got back from NYC with my annotated map and it was an amazingly useful tool!

They just installed this in SF. Step in and it transports you anywhere in the world. You just have to look at few ads for American Express and bang, you're walking on the Great Wall of China! Anyone else have this in their town?

Nope. We do have running water and indoor toilets in most houses.

I assume so... unless I really am in Peru.

Hey, another Palm user! I have the T|X version which I use at various hotspots around the area for picking up E-mails when I'm out.

By a strange co-incidence there's even one in a café next to my hotel for the GME

Before that I was an avid Psion user, having started in 1988 with a model called XP (nothing to do with Windows XP!) and working through most of the ranges until I ended up using a Revo Plus / Series 5mx PRO / netBook.

It's a shame that they're not made anymore

It will when they drop the price and lose the plastic MacBooks... At £1200 entry point its really a fan boy gotta get the first one kinda purchase. Once the tooling and R&D are paid for the price should drop - at £800 - £900 I might be tempted to trade dowm from my MacBook Pro which to something lighter and with a more compact screensize.

Well, I have the pretty basic version - no Internet access. That's okay though. It's invaluable to me for the calendar, to-do list, shopping list, ebooks, etc. Not sure what my next one will be like.

But pencil use encourages deforestation and thus global warming.

I have four bins, ordinary rubbish, cardboard/compostable, glass/metal and paper. I often muse over the carbon footprint of all these bins and whether they are biodegradable

I'm completely happy with my iMac and my iPod classic. I don't need anything else except maybe an iPhone when it will be available in Switzerland. By then there will most probably be a new version of the device out there...
