Naturally, I'm trying to get the image into the post...I've read the tips about adding photos but I must be missing something...
Nice

I can't choose just one of this week's favourites...

Cullhuay house

Piscigranja

Vacas

Casita, Cordillera de la Viuda

Huayco (there was a highway here)

Montaña

I'd choose the Casita photo...so interesting: the shape of man's creation so harmoniously echoing the peaks of the mountains.

the 'Address' (making sure you drag right to the end of the URL).

Nice. I'd go for the house, too. Interesting tones and great textures.

This is a picture of a crepe which I took over Spring break in Boston. I was deciding between this and a picture I took at the South End (the Irish section of Boston) on Saint Patty's day.

I like this one a lot, I think because of the lines.

Couldn't have been too tasty if you could stop to take a photo.

My weakness exposed... you won't find food photos from me. Empty plates, maybe..

This is from the archipeligo in Stockholm.

P.s. How do I post a photo which is a link back to my original on Flickr? I have done it before but can never remember.

As a Bostonian, I have to note: South Boston (Southie) is, or historically has been, the Irish section of Boston. (Gentrification has caused a shift in the last 10 or 20 years, I'm told; I don't really spend any time in Southie so I don't know firsthand.) The South End, which is more downtown, is not the same neighbourhood as South Boston. Confusing things like that can get you into some serious trouble with locals, or at the very least, get you laughed at as an obvious tourist!

See http://www.lilibanani.com/images/neighborhoods_map.gif for a nice map, although it includes a few neighbouring cities (Arlington, Cambridge, Somerville, and Brookline) as well as the neighbourhoods of Boston proper.

It's really very simple. The North End is south of East Boston. The South End is north of South Boston. The East End is the harbour. The West End doesn't exist. Easy!

Isn't the northend the italian neighborhood in Boston? Home of the famous pizzeria Reggina's and Paul Revere's home?

Sorry Greytop, but I'm not seeing what I need. The photo of the car in Ben's example is not a link. If you look at my photo in post number 62 of this thread, it is a link to my Flickr page. How did I do that?? I know that this forum software requires a bit of different than normal code.

One of the ladies that comes to feed that cats in the Retiro Park. Eldeano - free food!

Steve - post your pic here using the little image icon as usual, then click on the image whilst still in the post editor to highlight it (you'll see a frame appear around it), then click on the usual link simbol and add the link to the flickr page. I just tested it, seems to work, click above to test!
