Just to say it was nice to spend some time with faces old and new over the weekend. Curtis Jnr was a real cutie!

Finally got to Cuenca yesterday. It was all I had hoped it would be and a little bit more. It coincided with the festival of San Mateo and involved some bullrunning around the Plaza Mayor. It just missed me as I was able to duck into a bar. My friend Santos, an excellent tour guide, also took me to the ermita de las Angustias and explained la Leyenda de la Cruz del diablo,

Sounds like a great time, wish I could have been there.
