4G is the emerging cellular data transmission standard for mobile devices. It's supposed to provide such performance improvement for mobile devices that you can access any data accessible via desktop computer, any time and anywhere. There was a lot of speculation on this and consequently, expectations were raised for this latest iteration to be a 4G enabled device. Maybe it is and we won't realize that until a 4G network is available to AT&T subscribers.

Dont use 'bumming' in the UK if you mean having a downer - folk will look at you very strangely...

It is capable of 7 meg down and 5 meg up which is more than most folk have to their houses and more than any network is currently supplying

Yeah but if the network doesn't allow the device to realize its full potential. What does bumming mean in the UK?

Well to all subjects of the British Crown, please know that my use of said term was meant in the American sense. If offended please accept my sincere apologies.
